Slane Castle Distillery - a new distillery and consumer experience on the historic Slane Castle Estate in County Meath, Ireland, the home of Henry Conyngham, the eighth Marquess Conyngham, and his son, Alex Conyngham, the Earl of Mount Charles.

Irish whiskey has been one of the fastest growing segments in the global whiskey category over the last few years and the Slane Irish Whiskey Distillery will introduce new Irish whiskeys to the world.”



Brú Brewery is located in the mythical Brú na Boinne area of Meath in the town of Trim. Here, beers of Irish recipe are traditionally crafted and brewed. The main ingredients or water and barley are Irish and locally sourced. The brewery is owned and operated locally.


Listoke House Gin School Experience - craft your own unique, bespoke bottle of gin at Listoke Gin School where you can design the flavour profile for your own personal gin . Once you've selected your botanicals you will be ready to distill your own exclusive bottle in your own miniature still. Once distilled you botlle, label and seal your product...what you do with if afterwards is up to you!!!


Boyne Brewhouse Craft Brewery is a stunning €20m facility which includes a whiskey distillery, Boyne Brewhouse craft brewery and taproom, an architecturally designed visitor centre which will host distillery/brewery tours, a 120-seater restaurant, whiskey bar, private event space and a gift shop.
